How the SMS loop works
- Morning: you commit to one concrete result for the day.
- Evening: you report what actually happened.
- Recovery: if you miss, stall, or get blocked, the system helps negotiate a smaller next action instead of letting the commitment disappear.

Refund and SMS consent expectations
Refund policy summary: during your first 7 days from first usage, you can ask for a full refund; after the first 7 days, if you quit, you can ask for a refund for the next 7 days of service when eligible under the configured Stripe/refund policy.
Before program SMS starts, you must review disclosures for program identity, sender identity, message frequency, message/data rates, STOP and HELP instructions, support contact, privacy policy, and terms. Consent can be withdrawn.
